Established in 1993
Quad-Lab, was founded by a former engineer from the Société nationale des poudres et explosifs (Groupe Safran), specializes in chromatography and mass spectrometry. The Quad-Lab laboratory is expanding into the environmental sector by partnering in air analysis for industry (emissions and occupational exposure), tertiary sector (indoor air), and gaseous matrices (biogas, process gases, gas purity).
Purchase by Djoujar Boudhabhay
Dr. Djoujar Boudhabhay acquired the laboratory. It was initially aimed at the pharmaceutical industry but has now expanded to include other areas such as the environment.
Quality system
To support its approach of continuous quality improvement, Quad-Lab laboratory implemented a Quality System (ISO/IEC 17025: 2005, specific to laboratories).
Acceleration of development.
Quad-Lab has made significant progress. Between 2010 and 2014, both the number of team members and clients doubled. Since then, the laboratory’s turnover has continuously increased to double digits.
New offices
Quad-Lab has integrated new premises located in the Léonard de Vinci industrial park in Lisses, as part of the Évry Centre Essonne community.
E-liquides
Quad-Lab laboratory is implementing new analyses dedicated to e-liquids for the e-cigarette market.
LIMS
Quad-Lab laboratory is outfitted with a “LIMS,” or completely computerized laboratory management system, which allows for the improvement of both procedures and client services. It grants access to test reports via a secure portal.
Standair
Quad-Lab launches its new standard brand, STANDAIR, in order to provide customized standard solutions with a diverse range of references in the CS2 and Methanol markets.
A human-sized enterprise
Djoujar Boudhabhay leads Quad-Lab, which is a rising firm. It brings together nine persons today.

Review each customer request and respond within 24 hours
Offer each client a personalized follow-up from a single point of contact throughout the service
A privileged contact will be in charge of accompanying you at each step and will inform you in real time on:
- study of your needs in order to advise you on the most suitable sampling materials and analyses;
- the preparation of the quotation;
- the dispatch, as appropriate, of suitable sampling equipment;
- Monitoring the processing of your samples until they are analysed;
- sending your results;
- the answers to any questions after analysis.

The Quality Safety Environment (QSE) service
The Quality, Safety, and Environment department is responsible for a variety of tasks required for the effective operation of our laboratory.
Its responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the QSE system by implementing verification and preventative measures to enable continuous quality monitoring and improvement;
- Support and improve Quad-Lab’s technical capabilities with a structured documentary package that suits the organization’s demands as closely as feasible.
- To safeguard and educate Quad-Lab employees as well as those from other firms that operate on its premises.
All staff members’ expertise and participation contribute to a dependable and effective QSE system.
This service gives an overview of the whole company’s activity. It tries to protect them while also ensuring that processes and the environmental charter are followed. Our logistics department
Our logistics staff works hard to make our exchanges as seamless as possible. At Quad Lab, the Logistics department is in charge of organizing
- Prior to the laboratory collecting your samples, we offer a comprehensive solution for delivering and returning sample carriers (in thermal coolers).
- Upon receipt of your samples, register them: this is an important step in the analytical chain to ensure that the customer’s request is completely met.
