In order to control ambient air, several types of measures must be carried out by the manufacturers according to their prefectural decrees (air, water, soil, plants, etc.) in order to limit environmental pollution.
Ambient air measurements are often recommended in the vicinity of industrial areas and in areas where there is odour nuisance.

Composition of ambient air
Air is composed of different gases. In general, it has no colour or fragrance. Its mixture is generally stable in the atmosphere up to an altitude of about 100 kilometres.
It also includes water vapour, but its concentration depends on temperature. As the air is cooler, it contains less water vapour; conversely, warmer air retains more steam.
