Our history

Established in 1993 

By a former engineer from the Société nationale des poudres et explosifs (Groupe Safran), the Quad-Lab develops its main know-how in chromatography and mass spectrometry.
 
Originally focused on the pharmaceutical sector, the Quad-Lab laboratory is now expanding into the environmental sector by becoming a partner in air analysis for industry (air emissions, occupational exposure), for the tertiary sector or communities (indoor air) and in the analysis of gaseous matrices of any type: biogas, process gases, gas purity…

1999

Purchase by Djoujar Boudhabhay

The laboratory was bought by Dr Djoujar Boudhabhay. Originally focused on the pharmaceutical sector, it is now aimed at broader sectors such as the environment.

Quality system

the Quad-Lab laboratory has set up a Quality System (ISO/IEC 17025: 2005, specific to laboratories) in order to support its approach of permanent quality improvement.

Since 2010

Acceleration of development.

the Quad-Lab has accelerated its development. Between 2010 and 2014, the number of team members as well as the number of clients doubled. The laboratory’s turnover has since grown steadily to double-digit levels.

Quad-Lab has integrated new premises located in the industrial park of Léonard de Vinci, in Lisses, within the Évry Centre Essonne community.

The Quad-Lab laboratory is implementing new analyses dedicated to e-liquids for the e-cigarette market.

LIMS

the Quad-Lab laboratory is equipped with a “LIMS”, a fully computerized laboratory management system, allowing to improve processes as well as services provided to customers. It provides access to test reports on a secure platform.

Standair

Quad-Lab creates its new brand of standards, STANDAIR, in order to offer customized standard solutions with a wide range of references in the CS2 and Methanol.

A privileged contact will be in charge of accompanying you at each step and will inform you in real time on:

  • study of your needs in order to advise you on the most suitable sampling materials and analyses;
  • the preparation of the quotation;
  • the dispatch, as appropriate, of suitable sampling equipment;
  • Monitoring the processing of your samples until they are analysed;
  • sending your results;
  • the answers to any questions after analysis.

  • Off-catalogue or contract analyses

Our customer service never leaves you without a solution: in the event that a request cannot be satisfied by the laboratory, you are directed to a laboratory or partner who can respond.

Our Quality Safety Environment (QSE) service

The Quality, Safety and Environment department performs several functions necessary for the proper development of our laboratory activities.

It is responsible for:

  • Overseeing the QSE system through the implementation of verification and prevention tools to ensure ongoing quality monitoring and improvement;
  • Support and strengthen the technical capabilities of Quad-Lab through an organized documentary package that meets the organization’s needs as closely as possible;
  • To protect and educate the staff of Quad-Lab and those of external companies that work on its site.

The expertise and involvement of all staff support a reliable and effective QSE system.

This service provides an overview of all the company’s activities. It works for their safety as well as to ensure compliance with procedures and the environmental charter.
