indoor air

We spend more than 80% of our time indoors. With the constant improvement of the efficiency of insulation systems, it has become essential to renew air regularly in order to avoid stagnation of pollutants in our buildings.

Indoor air means any air in enclosed buildings (offices, public establishments, individual houses, etc.) that is not subject to occupational exposure.

Health Impact:

Indoor air pollution can cause allergic reactions (rhinitis, conjunctivitis…) or respiratory symptoms (asthma exacerbation…). There may be short-term consequences, such as carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning which in the most severe cases can cause death within a few tens of minutes. There are also long-term impacts, with the onset or worsening of heart and respiratory diseases.
